How to get good inputs
Your provider dashboard reports actual token usage — average it over a representative week rather than your busiest day. If you are pre-launch, tokenize three real sample conversations with the token counter and use the median, then add a growth margin to the request count. Remember that output tokens are the expensive side of almost every model, so an honest average reply length matters more than a precise prompt count.
