TokenMeter is a static website. The token counter and cost calculator run entirely in your browser using JavaScript that is loaded with the page.

Your text stays on your device

Any text you paste into the token counter is processed locally and is never transmitted to us or to any third party, never stored, and never logged. You can verify this by loading the page and then disconnecting from the internet — the tools keep working.

Data we collect

We do not operate user accounts, contact forms or a backend database for this site, and we do not collect the numbers you enter into the calculator. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first and the change noted here.
